In addition to the Miami Challenge, our staff leads weekly year-round training rides and other social meet-ups throughout the year. Two of these training rides include the same full police escort that you’ll experience on event day!

Cyclists will start and finish at the Boca Raton Innovation Campus and head north on A1A through the Palm Beaches on day one, and travel south on day two. With routes ranging from 25 to 95 miles, this ride is perfect for both experienced and novice riders.

Bike MS: Los Angeles Coastal Challenge is a two-day ride with routes along the Southern California coastline. Cycle along iconic beaches towards the surfing paradise of Rincon Point. The routes throughout the weekend are fit for beginner, intermediate and advanced riders. Options will range from Saturday’s 30-mile route that offers flat, scenic vistas, to our Sunday routes that include a perfect view of the Ventura coastline. Not only that, but you’ll also have access to the Ojai River Valley Bikeway, one of the most beautiful class one bike paths in Southern California.
This year we will also have an all-new kids’ zone, along with great food and entertainment. We will once again offer our typical options to join our charter bus or grab Metrolink train tickets. Feel the extraordinary support and excitement throughout your journey as we come together to reach our goal— a world free of MS. You're not going to want to miss this amazing ride.
Route distances:
Day 1 - 100, 60 mile rides starting in Santa Monica and a 30 mile ride starting in Ventura.

Join the largest Bike MS event in the New England area and celebrate 41 years of Bike MS: Cape Cod Getaway! Take in beautiful Cape Cod views as you ride from Quincy to Provincetown, MA, including crossing the Bourne Bridge traffic-free, on this two-day cycling experience.
You can choose from multiple route options over the weekend, including our new “Leap Ahead Route” where you can skip closer to the finish line. On day one, we’ll celebrate at the finish with music, recovery stations, and a lot of food and drinks. On day two, you'll head out to some more amazing landscapes and make your way to the final finish line in Ptown, with everyone's favorite ferry ride back to Quincy to end an amazing weekend!

Every 4th of July, join us at Flower Mound’s biggest celebration of the year! Independence Fest features a Children’s Parade, live music, a variety of food trucks and vendors, a kid’s zone, car show, and, of course, an explosive fireworks finale! Past musical acts have included Josh Abbott Band, Bret Michaels, Pat Green, Brothers Osborne, Eli Young Band, and many more.
This year, both the Children’s Parade and Independence Fest 2025 will be held on Friday, July 4. As the event gets closer, this page will be updated with festival details, as well as information on vendor registration and sponsorship opportunities.

Bedford 4thFest is the City of Bedford's annual Fourth of July celebration at Generations Park at Boys Ranch. The day features free live music, a kid’s zone, food trucks, and a spectacular fireworks show when the sun goes down.

Choose to ride 100, 40 or 15-miles
Riders will embark from Central Park and cross the George Washington Bridge to continue north along the Hudson River Valley to Bear Mountain State Park. From the summit, riders will roll through Harriman State Park and continue west to finish at the Glenmere Mansion in the Ramapo Mountains.
All routes are all well marked and fully supported. Rest stops along the ride routes feature energy food and drinks, bathrooms, and mechanical and medical assistance. As part of the five-star experience, all rides are assisted by support vehicles and law enforcement officers once underway. We also have sweep vans, ride officials and course marshals that make sure no participant is left behind.
All funds raised benefit Best Buddies International, the largest organization dedicated to ending the social, physical and economic isolation of the 200 million people worldwide with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD). Our programs empower people with IDD to form meaningful friendships with their peers, secure jobs, improve communication and advocacy skills, and live independently, while also offering support for their families.
The IDD community that Best Buddies serves individuals with IDD and their families. The IDD community includes, but is not limited to, people with Down syndrome, autism, Fragile X, Williams syndrome, and other undiagnosed disabilities.
