Best Buddies Challenge

Join us on Saturday, June 1, 2024, and choose to ride 100, 55, or 20 miles with cyclists of all abilities including celebrities, pro-athletes, and others. Each route takes riders along scenic, country roads to the beach in Hyannis Port. All rides are fully supported, with rest stops every 25 miles and support vehicles on the road.

Ride the largest Bike MS event in New England along with a community of people dedicated to changing the world for people affected by MS, one pedal stroke at a time. Take in beautiful ocean views of Massachusetts’ South Shore as you ride from Quincy to Provincetown through the charming, historic communities on this two-day cycling experience.  

The event offers a range of routes suitable for riders of all levels, from beginner to advanced, with distances ranging from 75 to 100 miles on event weekend.

Every 4th of July, join us at Flower Mound’s biggest celebration of the year! Independence Fest features a Children’s Parade, live music, a variety of food trucks and vendors, a kid’s zone, car show, and, of course, an explosive fireworks finale! While there is no fee to register for Walk, all participants are encouraged to raise critical funds that allow the Alzheimer’s Association to provide 24/7 care and support and advance research toward methods of prevention, treatment and, ultimately, a cure.

Celebrate Roanoke Festival

Celebrate Roanoke 2024 details will be coming soon.

Celebrate Roanoke is the city’s largest annual festival, featuring unique food trucks, local artists and activities for all ages to enjoy. The festival averages 25,000 attendees and city officials are hoping to see more families enjoy all that Roanoke has to offer this year.

“It started in the parking lot of our community center,” said Diane Rice, Roanoke’s communications and public engagement officer. “It was kind of a bluegrass festival type feel. It's grown over the last 26 years into an eight block, all-day festival.”

Best Buddies Challenge: Miami 2024
Miami, Florida



Join cycling legend Chris Froome on Saturday, November 16, 2024 for a 80-mile ride! Starting and finishing at the W South Beach. Riders will be escorted and followed in a closed peloton by police vehicles at a minimum 18 mph pace. If equipment fails the ride does not stop. Our SAG support, provided by Mack Cycle and Fitness, will either provide an alternative top of the line bike and/or make the necessary repair to allow members to rejoin the peloton.

Featuring two fully stocked rest stops, waterfront views, and a ride through some of the most historic and scenic locations in Miami, South Beach and Key Biscayne. 

Once riders return to the finish line, they will be greeted with refreshments, hot showers, professional massages, and lunch. Later in the evening, riders will attend the Best Buddies Miami Gala.
