Bike MS Suncoast Challenge

Experience the thrill of Bike MS: Suncoast Challenge, a one-day cycling adventure just an hour from Tampa. Pedal through the scenic landscapes of Sarasota County, with coastal views along Casey Key, breathtaking bridges, and the renowned 5-star Legacy Cycling Trail — you may even encounter a pirate or two along the way.

The excitement kicks off and wraps up on Main Street at Lakewood Ranch, where we’ll celebrate with an epic pirate-themed street party for all participants. Feel the extraordinary support and excitement throughout your journey as we come together to reach our goal — a world free of MS. Fundraising Minimum: $250.

Bike MS Round-Up Ride
Forth Worth, Texas



Bike MS: Round-Up Ride is a 2-day experience that winds you through some incredible Texas landscapes. On day 1, cycle along the Paluxy River toward the overnight location in Glen Rose and a finish line celebration like no other. On day 2, you will depart Glen Rose, pedaling close to where dinosaurs once roamed, where you will then finish at the Fort Worth Botanic Gardens. Enjoy exceptional on-road support, detailed signage and well stocked rest stops along the way.

Choose your Bike MS adventure with one of our many route options – ranging from 35 to 100 miles and including a leap ahead route – that are perfect for both novice and advanced cyclists. Celebrate 39 years of impact and fundraising for people living with MS. Fundraising Minimum: $300.

Best Buddies Hyannis Port
Boston, Massachusetts


There’s nothing like a Best Buddies Challenge. Find out for yourself. Sign up as an individual or form a team with friends and together we will help Best Buddies enhance the lives of people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. 

Join us on Saturday, May 30, 2026, and choose to ride 100, 55, or 20 miles with cyclists of all abilities including celebrities, pro-cyclists, and others. Each route takes riders along scenic, country roads to the beach in Hyannis Port. All rides are fully supported, with rest stops every 25 miles and support vehicles on the road. For those that don’t ride, our 5K run/walk takes place at Craigville Beach in Hyannis Port. Enjoy a jog with friends, or go for a new personal best. The walk is the perfect Challenge for families with small children.

Generations Park at Boys Ranch (2801 Forest Ridge Dr.) will be rockin’ with the return of Bedford Beats and Eats Fest, featuring the Eli Young Band! This FREE event features a fantastic line-up of performers, kid’s zone, activities, vendors, plenty of food trucks, alcohol, free shuttles, and more.

The festival is FREE to attend. Please note, there will be NO on-site public parking.

Best Buddies New York City Challenge
New York, New York





There’s nothing like a Best Buddies Challenge. Find out for yourself. Sign up as an individual or form a team with friends and together we will help Best Buddies enhance the lives of people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Join us Fall of 2026, and ride 100, 36 or 15-miles with cyclists of all abilities including Tour de France legends, Mark Cavendish, Alberto Contador, and others.

The route takes riders along scenic roads from New York City to Glenmere Mansion in the Ramapo Mountains. All rides are fully supported, with rest stops every 25 miles and support vehicles on the road. All roads lead to our Finish Line at the Glenmere Mansion in the Hudson Valley. After you finish your event, grab a massage and enjoy a finish line celebration including a gourmet luncheon, open bar, and private concert.
