Best Buddies Challenge: Miami

Join cycling legends Chris Froome, George Hincapie, and Christian Vande Velde on Friday, November 16, 2018! Starting and finishing at Marlins Park. Riders will be escorted and followed in a closed peloton by police vehicles at a minimum 18 mph pace. If equipment fails the ride does not stop. Our SAG team will either provide an alternative top of the line bike and/or make the necessary repair to allow members to rejoin the peloton.

Featuring two fully stocked rest stops, waterfront views, and a ride through some of the most historic and scenic locations in Miami, South Beach and Key Biscayne. The Challenge is open to all ages and abilities and includes professional athletes, high-profile personalities as well as the active participation of athletes with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Once riders return to the finish line, they will be greeted with refreshments, hot showers, professional massages, and lunch in the President's Suite at Marlins Park.

Our Top 10 fundraisers will also be invited to join Chris Froome for a second police escorted ride on Saturday, November 17th followed by an afternoon on the water aboard a yacht with a delicious brunch and cruise out to sea.
