Bike MS: Los Angeles

Looking for something more than the traditional charity bike ride? Seeking a personal challenge and a world free of MS? Up for making new friends and lasting memories? Bike MS: Los Angeles is a ride that will take you farther than you've ever gone before.

Choose your challenge between 30-, 55-, and 100-mile route options starting at the Rose Bowl, traveling through the stunning San Gabriel Mountains and other iconic Los Angeles landmarks. Stop at our fully-stocked rest stops with delicious and fresh options as you are cheered on by the most spirited volunteers around. Celebrate in style with friends and family at the finish line featuring live music, a spectacular beer garden, delicious food, and a feeling of camaraderie that can't be beat!

Your participation drives breakthroughs in MS research and ensures people with MS have what they need to live their best lives.

Best Buddies Challenge: Hyannis Port

Join us on Saturday, June 1, 2019, and choose to ride 100, 50, or 20 miles with 1,500 other cyclists of all abilities including celebrities and pro-athletes such as Tom Brady, Julian Edelman, Guy Fieri, George Hincapie & Christian Vande Velde, among others. Each route takes riders along scenic, country roads to the beach in Hyannis Port. All rides are fully supported, with rest stops every 25 miles and support vehicles on the road. Rental bikes are also available.

For those that don't ride, our 5K run/walk led by Olympic legend Carl Lewis takes place at Craigville Beach in Hyannis Port. Enjoy a jog with friends, or go for a new personal best. The walk is the perfect challenge for families with small children.

Flower Mound Independence Fest

Come out and spend Independence Day with the Town of Flower Mound! There will be concessions, live music - including a performance by Bret Michaels, a free Kid's Zone, auto show, lots of exhibitors, and a great fireworks show.

September 7
Best Buddies Challenge: Hearst Castle

Join us on Saturday, September 7, 2019, and choose to ride 100-, 60-, or 30-miles along the Pacific Coast Highway to the Hearst Castle in San Simeon. Along the way, you'll enjoy incredible views of Big Sur, Lucia, Gorda, and Ragged Point as you ride the beautiful rolling coastline of California's central coast.

For those who don't ride, join Olympic legend Carl Lewis on our 5K trail run/walk taking place at Hearst Ranch in San Simeon. Enjoy a jog with friends, or go for a new personal best. The walk is the perfect challenge for families with small children.

Bike MS: Waves to Wine

Bike MS: Waves to Wine will take you farther than you've ever gone before. Enjoy a 1-day or 2-day cycling adventure with 2,000 other passionate individuals. Customize your own challenge: depart from San Francisco and traverse coastal Highway 1 on one of our longer routes or cruise the rolling hills and back roads of Sonoma County on a shorter option. Full meals, generous amenities, stunning landscapes, fully stocked rest stops and spirited festivities are all included.

   

October 5-6
Bike MS: Valero Ride to the River

Bike MS: Valero Ride to the River, presented locally by H-E-B, is a fundraising cycling event. This South Texas ride offers cyclists a variety of one-day and two-day ride distances including a 161-mile option. The journey from San Antonio to New Braunfels includes celebrations at the overnight and finish line as well as fun-interactive themed rest stops along the route. Experience the beauty of South Texas and the Hill Country for a Bike MS experience like no other. Don't just ride, Bike MS.

Bike MS: Bay to Bay

Voted "Best Cycling Event" eight times by the readers of Competitor magazine, the Bike MS: Bay to Bay ride is an annual cycling adventure hosting 2,500 participants along California's beautiful Pacific south coast, from Orange County to San Diego.

   

November 22
Best Buddies Challenge: Miami

Join cycling legends Chris Froome, George Hincapie, and Christian Vande Velde on Friday, November 22, 2019! Starting and finishing at one of Miami's iconic sites. Riders will be escorted and followed in a closed peloton by police vehicles at a minimum 18 mph pace. If equipment fails the ride does not stop. Our SAG support, provided by Mack Cycle and Fitness, will either provide an alternative top of the line bike and/or make the necessary repair to allow members to rejoin the peloton.

Featuring two fully stocked rest stops, waterfront views, and a ride through some of the most historic and scenic locations in Miami, South Beach and Key Biscayne. The Challenge is open to all ages and abilities and includes professional athletes, high-profile personalities as well as the active participation of athletes with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Once riders return to the finish line, they will be greeted with refreshments, hot showers, professional massages, and lunch in the finish line village.

   

November 23-24
Bike MS: PGA Tour Cycle to the Shore

Bike MS: PGA TOUR Cycle to the Shore is a two-day fundraising cycling event from TPC Sawgrass to Daytona Beach and back. There are multiple one and two day route options ranging from 36 to 160 miles, all of which are well supported with fully-stocked rest stops, a lunch stop each day and safety provided by medical personnel, HAM radio operators, law enforcement and motorcycle escorts. Riders will travel along the beautiful Florida scenic coastline and finish day one with a beach side celebration on the Daytona Beach Boardwalk.
